This site, offlineintelligenceai.com, is operated by Lake Missoula Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). "Ares" is a trade and brand name of Lake Missoula Ventures LLC. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Waitlist: when you join, we store your email address, the form you used, a timestamp, and standard request metadata (browser user-agent and country). That's the whole record.

Email: if you write to us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.

Build questionnaire (customers only): when builds open, customers complete a questionnaire — region, household details, and any medical or situational context you choose to share. This information is used for exactly one purpose: configuring your unit. It is loaded onto your device and no one else's, and we delete our working copy on request after your build ships.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. The product itself is offline by design — your Ares Box does not send us data.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard server logs to serve and secure it. Email is handled by our mail provider. When purchases open, payments will be processed by Stripe — card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems.

Retention & your rights

Waitlist entries are kept until the launch process completes or you ask to be removed. To access, correct, or delete your information, email hello@offlineintelligenceai.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a new effective date.
